There is absolutely nothing wrong with people buying your time and energy. Some of us have invested our time into being entertaining, attractive and fun—other people have invested their time into making money and becoming boring. And if Rich boring people want to pay to have some energy that they aren't able to attract—I am good with this, everybody should be good with this and it should be socially acceptable, because your energy can be very valuable.

 

It used to be a world filled with boring rich men, but now it's filled with boring rich men and women. I had to pave the way—to make it socially acceptable, and not weird for a woman to be paying for things—and for men or women who make a lot of money to enjoy paying for energy they want around them. If I only made a lot of money and didn't become someone who attracted beautiful, fun people, I would have no problem paying for some entertainment and fun for others. When you become one of these people, your energy is very valuable—never under sell it. Never give it to people who are undeserving of it or who bring you down, unless they're bringing you back up by paying you.

 

Now I am against random hookups and one-night stands, even when money isn't involved. And to be clear, in my entire career, I never did anything illegal. I never sold my body. I sold my time and energy and nothing was ever guaranteed. And I will never teach anyone to do this— What you do with your body is your business, but I will teach you the importance of being careful with whom you share your body.

 

You can never come off as needy and desperate—and to be someone everybody wants the energy of, you never have to be. Selling sexual acts to just anybody is one of the most foolish things anybody can do. This will completely ruin you. It is so important that if it comes up that you are not selling sex so then it is never expected.

 

You have to be intelligent about whom you're giving your time and energy to. I would deny booking requests from clients I wasn't even sleeping with—alcoholics, pill poppers, and anyone who lied and disrespected me. And I do not allow people who abuse alcohol, drugs or pills to come to my Awakening Sanctuary or even book me as a guide and teacher.

 

You will take on their energy and these people will destroy you and all of your chances of making money and attracting better because they will keep you in the darkness. People must be deserving of your energy and it takes more than money.

 

To not be desperate, you need to be generating some money through a business you are passionate about and have other things going on—if you want people to pay for your time and energy, it needs to be valuable. You must communicate that you'd be just as happy if not more happy working on your life and your business than being with someone who brings you down. And this needs to be true—we all know when people are lying. You cannot lie about this. You have to decide that people who greatly bring you down are worth no amount of money, have you demand respect and high levels of gratitude for your energy and creation.

 

You need to have ideas, admirations, passions— you need to be an idea machine and you must be creative. Nobody's going to want to pay for your energy or join you in your life if you don't have anything going on. And if somebody's going to invest in your time and energy, which is also their time and energy, they will most definitely be interested in investing in traveling with you and business ventures. Many of the other guys whom I worked with got initial bookings because they're attractive, but never got a second booking because they had nothing going on. My clients loved more than anything all the stories and aspirations that I had. When they saw me, they then just think of me as meat and they are more excited to be a part of my life than anything else. In the beginning, I was making a lot of money, but I was blowing it all and I wasn't rich and I didn't have many assets, but I had rich women lining up to take me shopping, because they knew what was to come. People with very little to offer, such as therapists, just sit there and listen to people and hug them and feed their darkness. Most people, especially successful people, don't want somebody to just listen to them. They want somebody with fire in their eyes that will bring fire to theirs.
