  • Line baking trays with parchment paper (non stick/oil free)

OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES

I DOUBLE IT AND EAT IT FOR A MEAL

  • Preheat oven to 350°F

  • Mix in a large bowl​​​
    • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats

    • 1 ½ cups gluten-free oat flour

    • ½ tsp baking powder (optional)

    • ½ tsp baking soda (optional)

    • 1 tbsp cinnamon

    • ⅓ cup applesauce

    • 2 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)

    • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup

    • ½+ cup raisins or sultanas and or cranberries and or walnuts

  • Line a baking sheet or two with parchment paper

  • Have fun trying to make cookies (very sticky). I just spread it all out and make crumble

  • Bake for 8 minutes
  • Flip the dough over, and bake for 7 more minutes
  • ​Pour a cup of macadamia nut milk and enjoy
