with my enlightenment protocol

Spiritiual Biohacking practices I am using every day

  • Wake up after fully healed and restored, around 7 am

  • Do my entire Morning Routine

  • Consume Detox & Light Up Smoothie or a Melon

  • Eat 1 Sweet Potato, steamed or Enlighten Fries

  • Take Vitamins & Supplements

  • 1.5 hours Hyperbaric Chamber​​

    • Edit content​—write

  • 15 Minutes of Red Light Therapy

  • Eat 1/2 banana + dark maple sugar​ 15 min before workout

  • I still break a sweat six days a week:

    • Warmup

      • Kundalini Warrior movements

      • Knees overtoes

      • Yoga stretches

    • 20-25 minutes of cardio​ 6 days a week

      • Assault Bike 25 minutes

      • Versa Climber 20 minutes

      • Ski Machine with Battle Ropes 30 minutes

      • Sled Forward/Backward 30 minutes

      • Steep Mountain Hike or Long Mountain Bike Ride

    • Weight Training​ 3 days a week, rotate between:​​​​

      • CHEST FOCUS DAY

        • Chest Master

          • 4 sets 15 reps

        • Slant Board Squats

          • 4 sets 25 reps

        • Ab Roller

          • 3 sets 25

        • Grip Squeezes

          • 3 to max/80

      • SHOULDER FOCUS DAY​​

        • Mace Swings

        • Shoulder Reliever

        • Deep dip kettlebell squats​

          • 3 sets 20-30 reps​

        • Grip Squeezes

          • 3 to max/80​

      • BACK FOCUS DAY

        • Pullups or Rope pull machine

          • 4 sets 15

        • Full extension abs

          • 4 sets 25

        • One-legged squats to calf raises​

          • 15 each leg​

        • Neck Workout​

        • Grip Squeezes

          • 3 to max/80

  • Replenish​​ your energy and recover

    • Eat 1/2 banana + dark maple sugar​ or other fruit after workout
      • Grapefruit, passionfruit, dragonfruit, papaya, mango, cherries...

    • Plant-based Protein CLICK HERE

  • Consume Enlightenmeal or Oatmeal Raisin Cookies 1.5 hours later

    • 2 sweet potatoes

    • 1 cup millet

    • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

    • rosemary

    • oregano

  • Infrared sauna 180 degrees 20-25 minutes 2 hours after workout

  • Cold Shower Rinse

  • One more serving of fruit

  • Juice cucumber/celery

  • Yoga​, write, create music

  • 1/2 Banana and honey before bed

  • Lemon Balm/Chamomile Drops

  • Go to bed at 930 pm EVERY NIGHT
