MY TYPICAL DAY

  • Wake up after fully healed and restored, around 7 am

  • Do my whole Morning Routine

  • Consume Enlightenuts

      • a few walnuts (soaked overnight)

      • a few brazil nuts (soaked overnight)

      • barley grass powder

      • beet root powder

      • blackcurrant powder

      • he shou wu

    • Top mix over​

      • bananas​

      • rasp/black/blue berries

      • 3/4 cup macadamia nuts (soaked for an hour)

  • 1.5 hours Hyperbaric Chamber​​

    • Edit content​

  • 15 Minutes of Red Light Therapy

  • Workout 6 Days A Week, Rotating Cardio Focus & Weight Training Focus​​​

    • WEIGHT TRAINING CHEST FOCUS DAY

      • 3 Minute Light Warmup Assault Bike

      • Chest Master

        • 4 sets 15 reps

      • Slant Board Squats

        • ​4 sets 25 reps

      • Ab Roller

        • 3 sets 25

      • Mace Swings or Shoulder Reliever

      • 10 30-second sprints

      • Grip Squeezes​

    • WEIGHT TRAINING BACK FOCUS DAY

      • Pullups or Rope pull machine

      • Full extension abs

      • One-legged squats to calf raises​

        • 15 each leg​

      • Neck Workout​

      • 10 30-second sprints​

    • CARDIO

      • Assault Bike 20 minutes​

      • Versa Climber 6 5-minute sessions

      • Steep Mountain Hike

  • Eat some fruit to replenish​​ your energy and recover

    • Grapefruit, passionfruit, dragonfruit, papaya, mango, cherries...​​

  • Infrared sauna 180 degrees 20-25 minutes 2 hours after workout

  • Cold Shower Rinse

  • Consume Enlightenmeal​ before 4 pm

    • 1 sweet potato​

    • 3/4 cup millet

    • asparagus

    • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

    • 1 tbsp organic EVOO

  • Juice before 5 pm

    • apple, cucumber, rainbow chard, spinach, cilantro, dill, parsley, carrot, ginger

  • Yoga​, write, work on music

  • Go to bed at 930 pm
