Terms and Conditions for Master Nick Eagle's Mastery Portal

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "Member," or "User") and Master Nick Eagle/Eagle Vortex ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Mastery Portal located at https://www.masternickeagle.com/mastery-portal and all associated content, materials, and services.
By purchasing access or using the Mastery Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Portal.
1. Description of the Service
The Mastery Portal is a members-only online platform offering unlimited access to digital educational content, including video lessons, guides, and resources covering topics such as attracting women/dating advice, confidence building, making money/business, health & nutrition, fitness, sacred intimacy, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, and personal development.
2. Subscription and Billing
Subscription Start: Upon successful payment, your subscription begins immediately and grants you unlimited access to the Mastery Portal.
Monthly Fee: The Mastery Portal is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis at $13.33 per month (plus any applicable taxes).
Recurring Charges: Your payment method will be charged $13.33 automatically every month until you cancel. This is an ongoing subscription that continues until actively canceled by you.
Unlimited Access: While your subscription remains active, you have unlimited viewing access to all current and future content added to the Portal.
Price Changes: We may adjust the monthly price in the future. You will receive notice of any price increase before it takes effect. If you do not cancel after notice, you agree to the new price.
3. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations for refunds, prorated credits, or chargebacks accepted for any reason, including change of mind, partial use, dissatisfaction, or inability to access the content.
Because access to the digital content is provided immediately upon purchase, you are responsible for the full monthly charge once the subscription starts. We strongly encourage you to review all information on the sales page before buying.
Legal Exceptions Only: Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., certain cooling-off periods). Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate termination of access and potential pursuit of recovery costs.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Members Area.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the paid month and will not be charged for the following month.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining portion of the current month.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, with no refund.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Intellectual Property and License
All content in the Mastery Portal is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only while your subscription is active.
You may not download, record, copy, share, distribute, modify, or use the content for any commercial purpose or teaching.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Share your account or content with others
Harass other members (if community features are active)
Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing material
Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
9. Disclaimers
The Mastery Portal provides educational and informational content only. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Results vary and we make no guarantees of specific outcomes regarding dating, finances, health, or personal development.
The Portal is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Portal.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
